adkDevModule

Installs adkApiModule plus the development-only endpoints the Dev UI calls.

Installs adkApiModule itself, so do not install both. Unlike adkApiModule this mounts the Development UI, unless AdkServerConfig.webUiEnabled or the adk.web.ui.enabled property turns it off.
